You're reserving a piece before it lands with us. Your order is locked in, and we’ll let you know once it’s ready to ship.  

The expected ship date for pre-orders will be displayed on each product page and at checkout. We'll email you when your order is on its way.

Yes. Until your order ships, you can change or cancel it for any reason. Email us at hello@loopdelune.co with your order number, and we'll take care of it. If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Your payment is taken when you place your order, which secures your piece from the first run.

Our sizing guide walks you through measuring your hand - it's your hand, not your wrist, that matters for a bangle, since it has to slide over your knuckles. If you're between sizes, size up. If you don’t find a size that works for you but would like to see us make one, please write to us at hello@loopdelune.co. 

Any essentials that have loops, hooks or clasps that can be attached to the O-ring are fair game. Small items can also be clipped onto the leather strap. The other loops on the bangle can also be dressed up with charms if that speaks to you. For ergonomic and safety reasons, we advise keeping the total weight of attachments under 2lb. Of course. Unclip everything and what's left is simply a bangle.

Close, but never identical. Our acetate is plant-based and cut from sheets, so where the color and pattern fall shifts with every piece. That variation is part of what makes yours yours.

Take it off before swimming, showering, or the gym. Chlorine, salt water, and sweat wear down finishes faster. If it does get wet, dry it before putting it away.

Yes. You can adjust the length with or without the chain to get enough length to text, scroll, and take calls with your phone still attached, depending on the fit you prefer. For more reach, such as passing your phone to someone, we find it easiest to just slide your hand out of the bangle.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders arrive within 3-7 days of shipping. We’re hoping to expand to more regions shortly.  

Shipping is free on orders over $200. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected.

Every order already arrives gift-ready, carefully and thoughtfully wrapped. You can opt to add a handwritten gift note at checkout, and we'll leave out the receipt.
